 Saurabh Srivastava is the Director of Crisis and Security Consulting for South Asia at Control Risks and is based out of the firm’s regional office at Delhi. A subject matter expert with vast experience and expertise in Crisis Management, Business Resilience and Security Consulting he excels in assisting clients to build and implement strong risk mitigative solutions for their varied risk profiles.

Recent tasks that Saurabh has worked on include:

  • Crisis management consulting for a German food, beverages, and pharmaceutical sectors’ systems supplier for their leadership retrenchment. 
  • Market entry support including risk assessment and business resilience evaluation for a global automobile organisation in a remote geography in India. 
  • Security risk assessment for a client operating in Naxalite infested areas in India. 
  • Executive protection to the senior management and board members of an international automobile organization. 
  • Security review and gap assessment of the policies and procedures for an Indian unicorn operating in the shared services space.  

  • Prior to this, Saurabh, had established an independent and recognised Indian Risk Consulting firm wherein he was a preferred partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies for delivering work in the Indian subcontinent. He was also a preferred local partner for multiple global risk management consulting firms as a listed and recognised sub-contractor. In his stint with the armed forces, he has successfully led numerous high risk crisis tasks in counterterrorism and counter-insurgency roles across the Northern and Eastern boundaries in India.  

    Alongside his vast on ground experiences, he also brings to forte his knowledge as a certified lead auditor for ISO 22301 Business Continuity, ISO 27001 information management systems, and the TAPA standards for Transport, Guarding and Facility Security Standards.
