The Women’s Network

The Women's Network is an inclusive group working to ensure that Control Risks is a compelling work environment; attracting, progressing and retaining talent regardless of gender.

The network is dedicated to ensuring women have the tools, support and space they need to advance their careers through enhancing skills and relationship building, information sharing and generating firm-wide best practice. 



MOSAIC is an inclusive firm-wide network that supports our firm's policy of diversity and inclusion and provides a forum for all to raise and discuss matters relating to the LGBTQIA+ community.  



Synergy is a people network to promote and celebrate ethnic diversity at Control Risks. The network creates space for colleagues to have open conversations around race and ethnic diversity and feed into the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) agenda to ensure the firm has the right processes in place to recruit and retain talent to enable us to become more inclusive.
