Control Risks is pleased to announce that it has launched its fifth iteration of the Africa Graduate Programme. This fantastic rotation-based, fully paid programme will be running in Nigeria, South Africa, Senegal and Kenya over 12 months, and aims to provide a fantastic opportunity for graduates to gain skills and develop their workplace experience.
At Control Risks, we understand that every graduate is on their own unique journey. That’s why our programme has been designed to allow graduates to further explore their individual strengths and abilities. The graduates will spend time working with different teams and service lines, and have the opportunity to be involved with various projects.
At the end of the programme, candidates will have gained a comprehensive knowledge and a sound understanding of Control Risks and how we support our clients. Upon successful completion of the programme and meeting all requirements, graduates will be offered an opportunity to join Control Risks on a permanent basis.
