- A company exiting Russia was conscious of the Russian government's lack of flexibility on the approval of foreign companies' divestments. Control Risks provided detailed intelligence into the ownership, control, and reputational profile of the Russian buyer before making a final decision.
- An FMCG organisation was facing allegations of conflict of interest, tax fraud, and false invoicing. Gathering data from electronic devices and email servers, our forensic experts used focused keyword searches to help the organisation and their legal counsel make regulatory disclosures, prepare a legal strategy and support labour law against the perpetrators.
