Jocelyn leads our EU Discovery and Data Insights team in Frankfurt, Germany. She is responsible for delivering cutting-edge eDiscovery solutions within the EDRM framework to clients across various industries. With over 14 years of experience in the legal and eDiscovery fields, Jocelyn has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in complex, high-stakes projects.  

Recent projects that Jocelyn has worked on include:

  •  Managing Control Risks’ German Discovery and Data Insights team, leading investigation and compliance projects in the EU and wider EMEA region 
  • Supporting client needs and developing business opportunities across EMEA and globally 
  • Leading a team of 35 attorneys in a year-long fraud investigation in over 10 languages 
  • Directing Managed Document Review in Germany for an international consulting company 

  • Prior to joining Control Risks, Jocelyn led large-scale eDiscovery projects and investigations for international consulting companies. Before this she worked as a paralegal for seven years, drafting motions and other court documents for matters in both Spanish and English.  

    Jocelyn holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she served as Board Representative on the Hastings Women’s Law Journal. Jocelyn also holds a BA in Political Science and History from the University of California, Berkeley. As part of this degree, she spent a semester in Madrid, Spain, where she studied the Spanish legal system at Carlos III University. 

    Jocelyn is fluent in German, Spanish and English.
