Monique is the global Chief People Officer at Control Risks. Based in London, Monique is responsible for implementing our firm-wide People Agenda. She is a member of the Executive Committee.
As a key business partner, Monique works with stakeholders across services lines and geographies to align our people agenda. She is responsible for overseeing the delivery of strategic initiatives relating to our people, in areas such as diversity, equity and inclusion, talent acquisition and professional development.
Monique has held several senior HR roles within the financial services sector covering local, regional, and global positions. She has previously served as Global Head of HR at BlueBay Asset Management.
Monique holds a BA (Hons) in European Administration, is a vice chair of the City HR Association and an active mentor and assessor for HR professionals.
