He manages global response programmes which ensure timely identification, coordination and response to both current and future client risks. Based in London, Tom leads a team of top-tier risk consultants and security experts, providing continuous monitoring and 24/7 support for clients' operational environments.
Tom has extensive experience handling complex, multidisciplinary cases globally through the Hiscox Security Incident Response (SIR) programme. For 30 years, Control Risks has partnered exclusively with Hiscox, offering expert advice and assistance to clients dealing with extortive crime. In this capacity, Tom has developed extensive expertise in managing investigations, security management, digital risks, and critical incident response.
