Ben is a Director who leads our Embedded Consulting Services (ECS) practice across EMEA. With nearly two decades of cross-border experience spanning investigations, geopolitical analysis, intelligence operations and protective security, he helps organisations tackle complex security and resilience challenges.
Throughout his career, Ben has led programmes across multiple regions and disciplines, from establishing and overseeing Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) support capabilities to providing protective security in high-risk environments. His breadth of experience allows him to understand the strategic and operational pressures clients face, and to design teams and programmes that address their long-term resourcing needs.
Under Ben's leadership, the ECS practice has supported clients across a range of sectors by integrating specialist expertise directly into their organisations, enabling them to build capability, manage risk and respond to evolving global challenges.
What sets Ben apart is his collaborative, cross-border approach. He draws on the internal network and relationships he has cultivated across our business over many years to bring the right expertise and provide practical, client-focused solutions.
Recent engagements include:
- Building a business intelligence and investigatory team for a leading global artificial intelligence company.
- Designing, resourcing and managing a GSOC, staffed by 14 embedded intelligence analysts for a global social media company.
- Establishing a global business continuity function with worldwide remit, bringing together regional, country and local capabilities alongside subject-matter expertise in regulatory response, disaster relief and IT response for a leading technology organisation.
Ben was educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Defence Intelligence and Security Centre. Prior to joining the Army, he completed a degree in History at Balliol College, Oxford.
