Pamela is a Partner and leads our Asia and Australasia markets, based in Singapore. She is responsible for the development of our business in the region, managing key client relationships and partnerships, and advising senior executives on strategy and risk.
Clients approach Pamela for support across their investment life cycle, and she provides strategic intelligence and risk mitigation advisory to guide their market growth plans and commercial partnership opportunities. As they expand, they seek actionable advice to improve their operational resilience and security posture, and they often require expert and on-the-ground intelligence to manage conflicts or disputes. Pamela delivers practical and relevant foresight, enabling every client to grow their business and respond proactively to emerging risks.
Recent engagements include:
- Helping Asia-headquartered multinationals to respond effectively to partner disputes, insider threats and conflict-of-interest issues
- Establishing horizon scanning and scenario monitoring frameworks for Singapore-headquartered multinationals at the Group level, to enhance their preparedness and enable them to develop timely mitigation strategies
- Supporting Asia multinationals as key client manager on projects for market entry, partner identification and partner assessments across multiple countries including in the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia
Pamela has 20 years of experience in public policy, consulting and professional services, working closely with politicians, senior policy makers and regulators, C-suite and NGO leaders. With a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder motivations, interests and agendas, her specialism is building strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement. Clients value her multi-disciplinary approach to winning growth opportunities and resolving problems.
She has appeared on Bloomberg News, BBC, CNBC and Channel News Asia, and has been interviewed for a range of print media publications. She holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Development Studies, both from the London School of Economics (LSE), and was a Board Member of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce from 2022–2025.
