Based in Washington, D.C., she brings a wealth of experience in geopolitical risk, anti-bribery compliance, AML, trade compliance and investigative due diligence across the Americas.
Before joining Control Risks, Martha held senior roles within the compliance and due diligence sector. Her experience includes serving as a Due Diligence Relationship Manager, a Director supporting Chief Compliance Officers, and as the Latin America Regional Manager at a nonprofit organization.
Her work has focused on helping multinational companies navigate complex anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and trade compliance landscapes, particularly in emerging markets.
Martha Mallory is a dual-qualified attorney admitted to practice law in both Mexico and New York. She began her compliance career at the Legal Attaché Office of Mexico’s Procuraduría General de la República, based in Washington, D.C. where she worked on high-level investigations involving AML, bribery, and counternarcotics enforcement.
With a strong foundation in cross-border legal matters and international compliance, Martha brings a strategic and globally informed perspective to her business engagements.
