James’ career has involved:

  • Shaping crisis management and business continuity processes for Fortune 500 companies 
  • Supporting client responses to complex crises including terrorist attacks and natural disasters
  • Delivering training and providing strategic advice to clients operating in high-risk environments 
  • Leading the development, implementation and enforcement of safety protocols for a major e-sports event in Singapore, operating in a COVID-19 environment

 

A senior security professional, prior to his current role James spent over a decade in the Australian Army, before leading International SOS' Intelligence and Assistance platform in Asia Pacific. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics, along with qualifications in intelligence and public safety.
