Caspar Leighton is Global Content Director at Control Risks. He is responsible for content strategy, ensuring that it responds to the needs of Control Risks’ global client base and the company’s strategic priorities.
He directs the content of all global marketing activity including the annual RiskMap campaign. Caspar is also global lead on external communications, media relations and internal communications.
Before joining Control Risks, Caspar worked for BBC News as an editor and reporter for World Service and BBC World. He edited flagship news programmes including Newshour and Newsday. Caspar was West Africa Correspondent for the BBC and has lived in and reported from numerous African countries.
