Hiroyuki is a Director of Global Risk Analysis team in Control Risks based in Tokyo, and has responsibility for developing businesses and delivering services of Enterprise Risk Management practice and related domain.

He has extensive experience of consulting services related to Crisis and Resilience for companies and organisations in various industries to develop, to implement and to enhance their Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Management.

 

Recent tasks that Hiroyuki has worked on include:

  • Led/managed global Risk management and Crisis management integration project for a global pharmaceutical company in Japan
  • Managed a project delivery for global Risk management development and implementation for a global automotive manufacturer in Japan for several years
  • Led/managed a project to develop Operational Resilience organization and to enhance BCM capability for Japanese affiliate company of a global insurance company
  • Manged and delivered a project of Cyber-oriented BCP development including research and development of Cyber attack risk scenario for non-life insurance company in Japan
  • Before joining Control Risks, Hiroyuki was a risk consultant in Deloitte for more than 15 years and worked as an offering leader of Crisis & Resilience practices in the last two years.

    Hiroyuki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology. He has experiences on several government projects including development/drafting guidelines and research/trend survey of crisis and resilience. He has also professional certifications to provide comprehensive and cutting-edge services for clients, such as CBCP(Certified Business Continuity Professional), CISSP(Certified Information System Security Professional) and CISA (Certified Information System Auditor).
