When I joined Control Risks in 2019 it was my first job at a consulting firm. Previously I had worked across various industries like telecoms, FMCG, financial services and retail, I was confident in my experience, but the quality of work that we do at Control Risks is very different, and the people we hire and work with are diverse and uniquely skilled.
My time with Control Risks has been both challenging and fulfilling. We emerged from the COVID pandemic in good shape, and the duty of care that we extended to our employees and their families was a tensile test for our commitment to our people. The gradual reopening of countries helped us find more talented people to hire who were ready to relocate.
As well as looking after our people at Control Risks, I also advise clients across a range of sectors around setting up of global security operation centres. This includes recruitment, deployment and management of specialist consultants for assignments across the region.
