Before joining Control Risks, I completed my master’s program in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.

The consulting industry has always captivated me as a career path that fosters rapid learning and allows me to explore diverse fields. Control Risks, being a global consultancy firm specialising in risk management, stood out for its inclusive, diverse, and open corporate culture, providing an ideal global platform for a fresh graduate like me to thrive.

As a researcher, my daily work revolves around conducting research and drafting reports on various jurisdictions. Embracing unfamiliar elements fuels true learning and empowers me to provide invaluable insights to clients, enabling them to make well-informed decisions. Collaborative effort from different colleagues throughout the process is vital, making clear communication crucial to effective teamwork.

My journey at Control Risks has been incredibly rewarding. Being part of this rapidly evolving industry has provided continuous learning opportunities, allowing me to develop expertise, diverse skill sets, and personal growth. The team culture is exceptional, with supportive colleagues from diverse backgrounds, including my manager who encourages me to explore personal interests within and outside the company. Outside of work, I am passionate about outdoor activities, particularly running and hiking. They provide effective means of releasing stress and pressure while infusing my body with renewed energy. A proud moment was winning the first medal in the female group during the charity run, an annual event organised by Control Risks.
