Matt advises on matters including crisis management, business continuity, corporate security, threat management, enterprise risk management, and product recall. He works across technology, consumer and industrial products, retail and restaurants, airlines, banking and insurance.

- Developing comprehensive crisis management and business continuity capabilities across different scenario types, to ensure the client is prepared for any type of significant disruption or damaging crisis in the future
- Evaluating threats against an organisation and key executives, as well as their overall corporate security posture, to determine a right-sized approach to managing security going forward
- Conducting a multi-regional, multi-team, realistic crisis exercise with executive committee members, regional leadership and local leadership, to identify gaps in their crisis management capabilities
