Kevin Graham is the Global Head of Operations for Control Risks ONE. Kevin specialises in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, counterproliferation, counterthreat finance as well as tactical and strategic level Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE) intelligence operations.
Kevin has spent most of his career deployed overseas supporting global counterterrorism and hostage rescue operations as part of the Joint Special Operations Command and the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSDWG).
Having served in the US Marine Corps, Kevin continued government service as an Intelligence Specialist for the Virginia State Police Counter-Terrorism Unit, assigned to a joint FBI/Regional/State/Local Law Enforcement Task Force. Kevin returned to the Department of Defense as a civilian intelligence specialist and served in a multitude of capacities to include detailee assignments as a Special Skills Officer for the Central Intelligence Agency’s National Clandestine Service.
Kevin has taught intelligence operations and tradecraft professional development courses in the Special Forces community, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency and was a plank owner and returning instructor at the National Collaboration Development Center’s Targeting Collaboration Course for Law Enforcement and the Intelligence Community.
Kevin is currently an adjunct professor at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, teaching Introduction to the Intelligence Community and Theory and Politics of Terrorism.
He has a BA in Government/International Politics from George Mason University, an MA in Liberal Studies/International Relations from Georgetown University and an Executive MBA through the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Kevin earned a Professional Certificate in Forensic Accounting from Georgetown University and an Executive Certificate in Global Business from Harvard University Business School.
Kevin is also the Founder and Chairman of the Board for a counter-human trafficking non-profit organisation, The Village Mission.
