Brian’s career includes service in the United States Marine Corps, as a Special Agent and Regional Security Officer in the US Department of State and as the director of international and maritime security for a multinational company. Brian is a well-known leader in the industry and a subject matter expert on travel risk management, executive protection, workplace violence prevention, physical security, geopolitical risk, and intelligence and investigations. He has served in over a dozen countries in Latin America, is bilingual in Spanish, and has experience supporting clients in the energy, technology, financial and manufacturing industries.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland at College Park and is board certified by the American Society for Industrial Security as a Certified Protection Professional, a globally recognized standard for security management professionals who have demonstrated knowledge and competency in seven key security domains.
