Justin is a Partner and Director of Equipment Support within our High-Risk Managed Services (HRMS) practice. He is responsible for the through life management of the business’s equipment holdings, on behalf of HRMS’ operations globally. He provides subject matter expertise across our client portfolio drawn from the diplomatic, energy and development sectors for equipment support and procurement - with a speciality in covert armoured vehicles.

Before joining Control Risks Justin enjoyed a successful career in the British Army as a vehicle artificer in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. This included operational deployments across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South America. Justin was awarded the MBE in 2010 for technical expertise and outstanding service contribution to the UK’s Special Forces Group.
Justin is an Incorporated Engineer (IEng) and member of the Society of Operations Engineers, holding a higher national diploma (HND) in automotive engineering.
