Hind is a Partner in our High-Risk Managed Services department and Director of Compliance, HR and Government Affairs in Iraq. She provides strategic leadership and advisory on regulatory compliance, workforce governance and government engagement, aligning organisational strategy with local legal frameworks to ensure continuity, resilience and integrity.
Hind works predominantly with international oil and gas companies, embassies and international NGOs. Many are also entering or expanding within Iraq and she assists them in operating securely, protecting their licenses, unlocking efficiencies, and achieving sustainable growth. Hind actively shapes outcomes by engaging key stakeholders, navigating complex institutional frameworks, and delivering practical solutions in complex, high-pressure environments.
Recent engagements include:
- Leading enterprise-wide compliance and operational efforts to ensure uninterrupted personnel mobility and seamless execution of contingency and evacuation plans, during periods of heightened geopolitical tension between Iran and the United States.
- Ensuring full, secure and professional reporting of all incidents and organisational activities to the Prime Minister’s Office and relevant Iraqi ministries.
- Ensuring sustained business continuity across high-risk and rapidly evolving scenarios at a strategic level through direct engagement with senior military leadership and key government stakeholders.
- Successfully influencing the development and implementation of regulatory reforms, including the introduction of new frameworks and the modernisation of existing processes to better support industry operations.
