Kate is the Director, Hiscox Partnership, based in London. Working closely with Hiscox’s Partnership Director, Kate works across the global relationship with Hiscox by helping to deliver Control Risks’ specialist services to policyholders across multiple insurance lines.

She plays a central role in co-ordinating advisory, investigative and operational support for clients facing complex security, integrity and cyber-related challenges.

Kate specialises in managing complex investigations, security management, digital risks and critical incident response. She has extensive experience handling multidisciplinary cases through the Hiscox Security Incident Response (SIR) and Personnel Security Plus (PSP) programmes.

Prior to this role, Kate worked as the Associate Director of Operations for Control Risks ONE, the Global Risk and Operations Centre, as the deputy lead for the EMEA region. Kate has also worked in Control Risks' Crisis Security Consulting practice in various roles. She led the Business Operations team, oversaw the EMEA and APAC Kidnap Incident Management Workshop programme, and delivered crisis management and business continuity exercises for multinational clients.

Kate is CBCI certified and has a professional qualification in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OECG). She is also a PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation practitioner.
