Jeremy is our Chief Technology Officer and leads our AI and technology innovation teams, advising organisations on strategic AI adoption and technology transformation, as well as businesses operating in complex or high-threat environments. He combines commercial leadership with deep technology expertise, and extensive experience working on national security systems, digital business platforms and enterprise AI.
As both a technology builder and strategic advisor, Jeremy translates complex technical challenges into clear, actionable decisions for boards and senior leaders. He focuses on the responsible, practical deployment on AI, helping organisations create measurable value while managing risk and complexity. Jeremy works with global multinationals, private equity-backed businesses and government bodies across extractives, manufacturing, financial services, real estate and critical national infrastructure.
Recent engagements include:
- Architecting Control Risks’ enterprise AI and digital strategy.
- Designing technology architecture and data integration strategies for multinational clients managing high-threat operational security programmes, improving speed and quality of threat assessment.
- Leading supply chain risk analysis for a global manufacturer, using data and analytics to surface regulatory, compliance, and operational threats.
- Serving as expert witness and litigation advisor in complex IP and patent infringement cases in the Real Estate technology sector, providing technical analysis and court testimony.
Before joining Control Risks, Jeremy was Chief Technology Officer at an open-source intelligence organisation providing crisis management services and investigations support to corporate and government clients. He also worked for more than 15 years in national security and intelligence, building mission-critical data processing and analytics systems for high-threat environments.
His areas of specialism include AI strategy and governance, enterprise architecture, data engineering and analytics, operational security technology, cyber risk, OSINT and NLP, technology due diligence and M&A, expert witness support and supply chain risk.
