In Haifa, our client’s service engineers, who were trapped in a hotel bomb shelter and endured up to 15 missile strikes in 12 hours, required immediate evacuation.
Within 30 minutes of initial contact, our evacuation coordinator convened a crisis call with the client’s leadership, outlined evacuation routes, and Amman, Jordan was selected as the preferred destination for its operational viability.
Within five hours, our logistics team secured assembly areas, transport and departure points. The engineers departed via Queen Alia International Airport the next day.

Control Risks also facilitated the evacuation of a 20-member multinational team from Haifa, guiding them through the Yitzhak Rabin/Wadi border crossing and onward to Amman, Jordan. In Tel Aviv, a client sought Control Risks’ Protective Services for the escort and evacuation of their Chief Information Officer (CIO), who opted for a land route evacuation to Sharm el-Sheik via the Taba border crossing.
Our experts conducted a pre-departure safety briefing, provided a B6-armoured vehicle the following morning, and continuously tracked the CIO’s seven-hour journey until their safe arrival.
