Sugandha is the Business Partner at Control Risks leading Human Resource functions for South Asia & Embedded Consulting Business for APAC. Based in Mumbai, India, Sugandha is also responsible for implementing our firm-wide People Agenda.
Sugandha advises clients across a range of sectors for setting up of global security operation centres, including the recruitment, deployment and management of specialist consultants for assignments across the region.
Sugandha has worked across diverse industries, including telecom, FMCG, retail and financial services sectors in domain of HR business partnering, strategic advice and talent acquisition across local and regional positions.
Sugandha holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources, Marketing) and is an English Honors Graduate student.
