Managed data collection for a large-scale asset management company in India as part of an investigation. To meet regulatory and law enforcement requirements, the data review was conducted on a single, unified platform, ensuring a streamlined and cohesive approach.
Worked with a team on an investigation driven by the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Department of Justice (DOJ), managing the seizure and forensic imaging of data from numerous custodians based in India.

Rushabh is an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) and an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and holds various Digital Forensics and eDiscovery technology-specific certifications. He earned his Master of Technology in Cyber Security from Raksha Shakti University in India. He speaks English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi and German (Basic level).
