Estel is a Senior Operations Associate with Control Risks’ award-winning third-party compliance solution, VANTAGE.
For more than a decade, Estel has supported global operations across multiple jurisdictions, working with a diverse international client base. Based in Cape Town, she brings specialised expertise in citizenship-by-investment (CBI) due diligence and interview operations, while also playing an active role in strengthening processes and supporting effective team delivery.
Recent tasks that Estel has worked on include:
- Supporting CBI due diligence operations across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinating the live interview processes and contributing to quality and consistency through the live interview workshops
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and delivery of CBI case work
Before joining Control Risks, Estel worked within a global risk and intelligence environment, providing operational support and project coordination to a multi-jurisdictional immigration due diligence function. She supported teams across Cape Town, London and other international offices, and most recently held an Interview Lead role, overseeing interview processes, stakeholder engagement and contributing to the delivery of complex, cross border case work for CBI.
