Arina Palchik is a Partner in our Digital Risks Advisory practice. Based in London, she supports complex, multi‑jurisdictional organisations with material cyber exposure and heightened regulatory expectations. She works extensively across financial services, private equity, consumer, manufacturing, energy, and technology.
Arina advises boards, security teams, and private equity investors on how to understand, govern, and reduce cyber risk in a way that stands up to regulatory scrutiny and investor challenge. Her work focuses on AI governance, data security, and digital operational resilience, and she regularly advises on cybersecurity design and implementation for large infrastructure and built environment projects, such as datacentres.
Clients look to her for advice that is aligned with business realities and immediately actionable, and she helps them move from fragmented controls to coherent and linked-up cyber capabilities.
Recent engagements include:
- Partnering with a leading private equity organisation to provide pre- and post-acquisition cyber due diligence, ongoing risk governance and support to protect portfolio value and manage evolving digital risks
- Supporting financial services, telecom and manufacturing clients in evaluating their crisis response to a major cyber security event, pinpointing gaps in existing resilience builds and developing abilities to respond and recover
- Developing cyber strategy and security requirements for a large infrastructure project in the Middle East with multi-million annual visitor capacity
Arina’s unique strength lies in combining deep cyber consulting expertise with a strong understanding of regulatory expectation and commercial reality. Having previously led cyber and transformation initiatives from the client side, she understands the realities of implementation – her advice is trusted, practical, and focused on outcomes rather than theory.
Having lived and worked in Germany, USA, Spain, UK and Russia, Arina brings regional and global experience and commercial, market, industry, and subject matter expertise. She holds an MBA from IESE Business School and is a Certified Information Systems Professional (CISSP).
