Antonis is Partner and Group Chief Financial Officer at Control Risks, based in London. Shaping and executing the strategic vision for finance, he delivers operational excellence while embedding a culture of innovation. He is a member of Control Risks’ Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Seerist, a Control Risks venture, on our behalf.
Antonis brings over 25 years of international experience in financial and operational leadership across global professional services, software, B2B and consulting organisations. He specialises in enabling organisations to scale with clarity and confidence across diverse international markets.
His focus is on building resilient financial foundations, championing transformation initiatives, optimising financial operations, and ensuring strong governance across markets. He is adept at driving financial transformation and managing complex, high-stakes integrations.

Antonis holds a BSc (Econ) in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), ) and is an FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW). He has dual Cypriot (EU) and UK citizenships and speaks English, Greek and Italian.
