He brings over 25 years of international experience in financial and operational leadership across global professional services, software and consulting organisations. Antonis specialises in enabling organisations to scale with clarity and confidence across diverse international markets.
Before Control Risks, Antonis was Chief Financial Officer for Global Markets at Wolters Kluwer, where he oversaw finance operations across all markets outside the United States and Europe, including Brazil, China and India. Before that, he served as International CFO for Navigant Consulting, responsible for financial performance and operational alignment across its global portfolio before its acquisition by Ankura. Earlier in his career, he held a series of international finance roles at Nielsen.

- Leading global finance transformation programmes focused on standardisation, enhanced reporting and stronger commercial insight.
- Supporting private-equity-backed businesses through rapid scaling, integrating technology platforms and SaaS-based revenue models.

Antonis’s expertise spans global financial strategy, operational excellence, risk and regulatory oversight, and the leadership of diverse international teams. He is a Chartered Accountant with dual Cypriot and UK nationality, and speaks English, Greek and Italian.
