Alan Zamayoa is a Senior Risk Consultant at Control Risks ONE Global Risk and Operations Centre (Americas).Alan provides security risk analysis as well as continuous monitoring of political and social issues that may impact business operations.
Prior to joining Control Risks, Alan worked as a subcontractor for the EMEA team of Control Risks’ partner Seerist. Alan has five years of experience working with consulting projects in energy, mining, manufacturing, and financial sectors. He has advised clients with operations in Latin America, primarily Mexico and the Caribbean. His professional endeavours also include a tenure at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Alan holds a BA in international relations from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and a MSc in international security and risk from the university of Southampton.
In addition to his native Spanish, Alan speaks fluent English and intermediate German.
