Mond is a behavioral threat assessor and risk management specialist with over 20 years of experience in U.S. federal law enforcement, including serving as an FBI Profiler and Assistant Legal Attaché in the Middle East. He brings a practitioner’s perspective to risk assessment, shaped by years of working high-stakes cases alongside world-class threat assessors and mental health professionals, with the benefit of conducting post-attack analysis on significant mass attackers.
Mond advises organizations on identifying and mitigating risks associated with targeted violence, insider threats and complex human-driven security challenges. He helps translate ambiguous signals into actionable risk insights, enabling clients to make timely and defensible decisions in pressurized circumstances, that protect people, operations and brand integrity. Mond has also advised on designing or enhancing threat assessment and workplace prevention programs and operated in elevated geopolitical and extremist threat environments.
