Jenny leads our strategic alliance with Hiscox, bringing together specialist risk and insurance expertise to deliver an integrated offering to clients operating in complex or high-risk environments. Her role spans the commercial and operational sides of the partnership: working with corporate policy holders, brokers and insurers across product lines and geographies.
This partnership of over 30 years has evolved from a single product to multiple lines, providing support to clients under cyber, product integrity and war, terrorism and political violence policies. Jenny is continually looking to enhance the jointmitigation solutions offered to clients as risk environments evolve.
Prior to leading the partnership with Hiscox, Jenny's experience included:
- Supporting Maritime Security Services in Dubai, with a focus on transit operations in the IMO High Risk Area. Jenny led the successful completion of ISO 9001 and followed with ISO PAS 28007, the industry specific guideline accreditation.
- Managing Control Risks’ risk profile in Greater China & North Asia as Business Operations Director in our Shanghai office, whilst setting up and developing the business operations function to sustain the growing business and dynamic support to our clients.
- Leading business operations for the Crisis Response department, which provides advice to clients on over two hundred kidnap and extortive crime cases each year.
Earlier in her career, Jenny was part of the team that built Control Risks' Maritime Security business in the Gulf. working directly with clients across the shipping, energy and financial sectors to navigate a fast-changing risk and regulatory environment in the face of the threat of Somali piracy.
