Jenny Wells-Cole is the Hiscox Partnership Director at Control Risks, based in London. Jenny works across the global relationship with Hiscox to bring clients access to Control Risks’ services through insurance solutions. For nearly 30 years, Control Risks has partnered exclusively with Hiscox, to provide expert advice and assistance to clients who are facing issues of extortive crime. Our relationship has evolved to provide support to clients under cyber, product integrity and war, terrorism and political violence policies.

When working as Business Manager for Maritime Security Services in Dubai, with a focus on transit operations in the IMO High Risk Area, Jenny led the successful completion of ISO 9001 and followed with ISO PAS 28007, the industry specific guideline accreditation.
As Business Operations Director in our Shanghai office, Jenny was responsible for managing Control Risks’ risk profile in Greater China & North Asia, whilst setting up and developing the business operations function to sustain the growing business and dynamic support to our clients.
Jenny most recently held the role of Business Operations Director for the Crisis Response (Response) department, liaising with the Hiscox Special Risks team and their broker network. Response provides advice to clients on over two hundred cases each year of incidents of kidnap and extortive crime.
