Greg Sinclair is the Partner leading Control Risks’ Digital Risks Advisory practice across Asia. He works closely with clients as a trusted advisor, balancing cyber security principles with business and operational requirements.
His recent client work has included:
- A Security Operations Centre efficiency and effectiveness assessment for a national government entity, which directly led to a transformation of threat management design for all critical national infrastructure.
- Executive communications during a catastrophic cyber incident impacting a client’s entire global IT function.
- The design of a multi-year cyber program transformations for public and private sector clients, elevating maturity and results across cyber technology, process, organisation, metrics and governance.
- Advisory to clients on digital risks related to digital transformation and critical infrastructure.
Prior to joining Control Risks, Greg spent 30 years in technology and information security, including 18 years at IBM Consulting, Cybersecurity Services – where he led practice development, and large-scale engagements including security program assessment, security operations transformation, security testing, incident response, and supporting the development of business cases related to new security initiatives.
Greg has lived and worked in Canada, South Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
