George leads our security and crisis advisory work across Australia, New Zealand and the Paciifc including large multinationals. With deep expertise in crisis management, enterprise resilience and security risk, he helps organisations operate effectively in complex environments.
He works primarily with large, complex organisations across critical infrastructure, aviation, resources, agriculture, financial services and is valued for his ability to connect strategy to execution, delivering advice that holds under operational pressure.
Clients typically engage George when they need to reduce uncertainty and make decisions that will stand up operationally, reputationally and within the regulatory environment. This includes preparing for or managing crises, understanding a shifting threat environment, strengthening security arrangements and pressure-testing plans.
Recent engagements include:
- Supporting a large Australian utilities provider to understand threats to, and security controls across, key sites, delivering clear, grounded recommendations on proportionate security investment and a structured uplift roadmap tailored to a highly regulated environment
- Working with a national energy company to strengthen executive crisis capability, including reviewing their crisis framework, aligning roles and decision-making and delivering targeted training and executive exercises to test the plan under pressure
George holds an Executive Master of Business Administration, awarded with Excellence, from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales. He also holds a Master of International Security and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Sydney.
