Jackie Berkowitz is a Consultant in Control Risks’ Crisis and Resiliency Consulting Practice in the Americas, based in New York. In this role, Jackie supports organizations to enhance their business resiliency programs and advises on a broad range of risk and resilience matters, including crisis management, business continuity, and enterprise risk management.

Recent tasks that Jackie has worked on include:

  • Developing and conducting tailored cyber security, insider risk, and geo-political risk training and exercises for executives and cross-functional crisis management teams.
  • Identifying and preparing for key risks to companies and their potential business impacts.
  • Supporting organizations in understanding and enhancing their business resiliency posture and processes through programmatic development and improvement.
  • Prior to joining Control Risks, Jackie worked as a Senior Environmental Risk Analyst at a think tank in Washington, D.C. and as a Data Privacy and Compliance Associate at a digital marketing company where she spearheaded the adoption of policies and procedures to increase crisis management preparedness and minimize data privacy risk in alignment with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.

    Jackie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Colgate University and a Masters In International Affairs from The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.
