Aaron Arends is a Senior Risk Consultant at Control Risks ONE Global Risk and Operations Centre (EMEA). Aaron has experience in intelligence analysis and security risk management.
Aaron previously worked as a Senior Analyst at a private intelligence firm, where he led intelligence collection efforts across the Americas. Prior to that role, Aaron worked on the research team of a foreign policy think tank, where he contributed to a wide range of studies concerning international security and defence.
Aaron holds a MSc in Political Science and a BA in International Relations from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Along with speaking Dutch and German, Aaron has also studied Mandarin and Spanish during extended periods of living and working in East Asia and South America.
