Sarah is Human Resources Director for Control Risks’ Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, based in London. She is responsible for designing the people strategy and implementing this across the region and its 21 offices.

Sarah is Human Resources Director for Control Risks’ Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, based in London. She is responsible for designing the people strategy and implementing this across the region and its 21 offices.  

In this role, Sarah leads a regional HR team balancing strategic and tactical work when needed, diving deep on risk identification and resolution as well as surfacing those themes to inform and drive the regional strategy. Additionally, Sarah partners with the Global HR team to reinforce our “One Firm at Work’ culture and to align with our Global People Strategy.

She joined Control Risks in 2017 with over 15 years’ experience working in multinational companies across Europe, Africa and the Americas and is a full spectrum HR generalist with specialist knowledge of change management, people strategy, talent management and M&A. 

Sarah holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
