Olivia is a senior consultant for Control Risks’ Crisis and Security Consulting team in Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for supporting all facets of business resilience service delivery in the region. Olivia works with clients across sectors in preparing for, responding to and recovering from crises and disruptions. In this framework, she reviews, develops and updates crisis management and business continuity frameworks, organizes and facilitates crisis management exercises, and advises crisis management teams in their response.

Olivia is a senior consultant for Control Risks’ Crisis and Security Consulting team in Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for supporting all facets of business resilience service delivery in the region. Olivia works with clients across sectors in preparing for, responding to and recovering from crises and disruptions. In this framework, she reviews, develops and updates crisis management and business continuity frameworks, organizes and facilitates crisis management exercises, and advises crisis management teams in their response.


Olivia’s recent projects include:
  • Developing crisis management frameworks, governance and plans for multiple clients in the oil and gas, charity, FMCG sectors
  • Designing and facilitating table-top exercises for clients in the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Pharma, FMCG, Insurance, IT, Hospitality
  • Guiding a major logistics group in the development of its corporate business continuity framework following the requirements of ISO 22301
  • Delivering a risk assessment and scenario planning workshop and developing crisis communication scripts for a client in the education sector prior to a sensitive announcement
  • Supporting clients in managing COVID-19 and preparing for resumption of work

 

Before joining Control Risks, Olivia worked in international organizations (UN, NATO, EU), the French diplomatic service and in consulting in the US, Canada and Europe. Her work focused mainly on public affairs and crisis management working with the public and private sectors. 

She graduated from Sciences-Po in Lille, France and has a Master’s degree in security, defense and strategic studies. Olivia speaks French, English and Italian. Olivia holds an ISO 22301 Business Continuity Lead Auditor certification from the British Standards Institute (BSI).
