Performed a comprehensive risk and business impact analysis to identify supply chain gaps, which led to the development of robust recovery procedures that allowed the organisation to meet their identified recovery time objectives and future contract requirements.
  • Crisis Management consulting for a global financial institution. Created a fit-for-purpose crisis management program by leveraging institutional knowledge of regulatory requirements throughout the organisation’s major operating regions. Managed the implementation while fulfilling internal legal and compliance protocols.
  • Business Continuity plan and procedure validation for a pharmaceutical company. Facilitated several tabletop exercises for a cross-functional group of internal business leaders. The workshop aimed to test and validate the critical response procedures throughout the plans, while exercising the key stakeholders' responsibilities and communication strategies.
