Mark is a Principal in Control Risks’ client management function, based out of Chicago. Mark leads Control Risks’ cross-border business initiatives with a specific focus on addressing client needs related to Latin America. He is responsible for developing business, managing client relationships and coordinating the firm’s market activities for the Americas. Mark has over 18 years of consulting and risk management experience and is committed to helping clients solve their most complex problems utilizing Control Risks’ breadth of global risk management services and resources.

Before joining Control Risks, Mark worked at EY in the risk consulting practice, where he led numerous client engagements related to business and strategic transformation across various types of risk management and operational strategies throughout North and South America.
Mark is a husband and father of two children. He has an MBA in international business from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in comparative religion from the University of Rochester. He is an avid world travel and has lived and worked in numerous countries across Latin America. He was a recipient of the Fulbright Garcia Robles Bi-National Program to Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
