Allison has professional experience delivering technology solutions to address client needs on matters related to corporate investigations, corruption risk, compliance monitoring, and litigation.

Allison Griffin is a Director in Control Risks’ Compliance, Forensics, and Intelligence group and leads the Americas’ Data Analytics Practice. Allison has professional experience delivering technology solutions to address client needs on matters related to corporate investigations, corruption risk, compliance monitoring, and litigation.

Allison has worked with global clients in software, pharmaceuticals, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, financial services, and the US federal government.


Allison’s recent projects include:
  • Performed red flag analytics of a global software organization’s payment and sales activity to identify improper commission payments made to win sales contracts with state owned entities within Africa.
  • Conducted analytics to investigate a multinational company’s operations in China for indicators of bribery, embezzlement, and employee misconduct. This included building dynamic data visualization dashboards demonstrating behavioral trends and anomalies used by counsel in disclosures to US regulators.
  • Analysis of HR, payroll, and time keeping data in support of a wage and hour class action to detect, visualize, and summarize violations to California labor laws.
  • Analyzed financial and operational data for corruption and compliance risks in support of a Brazilian petrochemical company monitorship.


Prior to joining Control Risks, Allison was with FTI Consulting in the Financial Enterprise Data Analytics group. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in business administration.
