Adam Francis is a Partner and Commercial Director of Iraq. The role is a function within Control Risks’ High Risk Managed Services. In this role, Adam is responsible for shaping and underwriting the commercial strategy of the business, ensuring that it operates effectively, efficiently and in line with the Control Risks brand, reputation and leads industry best practice.
Adam Francis is a Partner and Commercial Director of Iraq. The role is a function within Control Risks’ High Risk Managed Services. In this role, Adam is responsible for shaping and underwriting the commercial strategy of the business, ensuring that it operates effectively, efficiently and in line with the Control Risks brand, reputation and leads industry best practice. Furthermore, he delivers contract account management to several major clients and suppliers, as well as other key stakeholders that are critical to the success of the organisation.
Prior to his current role, Adam held several financial and commercially focused roles in the Iraq business. During this time, he was instrumental in the evolution and maturation of the robust management system that exists in Iraq today.
Before joining Control Risks, Adam worked for a risk consulting firm with projects across the Middle East and Africa. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rhodes University in South Africa, majoring in Financial Management and Economics.
