Application Support Analyst, Mexico City

The individual's key responsibilities and accountabilities are to assist in managing and supporting the various application systems used by the business in order to perform their normal day to day activities. The individual should also aim to reduce ticket volumes by constant monitoring and understanding trends of problems and look to employ permanent solutions to these problems.

The role requires technical knowledge of various Microsoft enterprise system technologies such as Dynamics AX and CRM. They should also have a good working knowledge of other Microsoft applications including SharePoint, PowerBI, basic SQL. Knowledge of IBM products Cast Iron/BPM and reporting tools such as ZAP are also a benefit.
