The purpose of the internship program is to provide the university student with an opportunity to develop professional skills, gain practical experience, gain exposure to Control Risks business methodologies.
All this in a dynamic, demanding and rewarding work environment where the student can put to practice the knowledge acquired during the studies and learn, while looking for solutions to real life problems.
The HR Intern, will work within Control Risks’ Human Resources Department supporting on HR reports, compensation studies and future projects and metrics. Reporting to the Senior HR Analyst, Compensation, Mobility and Reporting the Intern should have passion for detail and organization skills.
