The Client Services Manager’s role is integral to building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent customer experience in Control Risks’ Americas region. The Client Services Manager will engage with clients to understand and scope the clients’ due diligence requirements; conduct day-to-day client management and support; and act as a liaison between our clients and the servicing teams.
