This is a seller-servicer role focused on the Greater Toronto area with client-facing business development, account management and consulting responsibilities. The position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with subject matter experts across departments and regions in order to deliver excellent service to clients and quality solutions.
The Associate Director will develop deep client relationships with a portfolio of existing clients and prospects in the market to drive sales and overall market growth through a consultative engagement process. Working with strategic partners, such as International SOS and Hiscox, the Associate Director will seek to introduce new services into existing clients as well as develop new clients and sales channels in the market.
