IT Service Delivery Analyst, Lagos

The purpose of this role is to deal with customer IT requests and incidents via telephone, email or onsite visits. The emphasis is on providing a high level of customer service and solutions in a timely manner that meets the needs of our users and the department's objectives.

The role involves working closely with the Global Service Desk team (split geographically across UK, Americas, Asia and the Middle East), and the broader IT groups.

The role will work closely with both internal IT teams and external suppliers to ensure high availability of IT systems and services by early identification of issues and appropriate troubleshooting and escalation.

This role would ideally suit someone with experience of working within a technical role with exceptional customer service, problem solving and listening skills
