Rebecca is a London-based associate director in Control Risks’ Business Intelligence practice covering the Middle East and North Africa. Rebecca leads complex, multi-country business intelligence, investment-support due diligence, fraud-focused network analysis and crisis- and dispute-support projects. She has a particular focus on emerging markets and operationally challenging jurisdictions.

Rebecca spent three years in Control Risks’ MENA hub in Dubai, before relocating to the company’s headquarters in London in 2020.
Prior to joining Control Risks, Rebecca worked for a UK-based charitable arts organisation and for a London-based think tank, focused on nuclear security issues in the Middle East. She has worked and travelled extensively across the MENA region, including in Iran, Syria, and Iraq.
Rebecca holds a master’s degree in English Literature and Persian from the University of Edinburgh.
